HHSC: Public Hearing on Proposed Medicaid Payment Rates and Proposed New §355.727 for the Home and Community-Based Services Program. The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) conducted a public hearing to receive comment on proposed Medicaid payment rates for the Home and Community-based Services (HCS) Supervised Living and Residential Support Services (SL/RSS), and proposed new §355.727, concerning Add-on Payment Methodology for Home and Community-Based Services Supervised Living and Residential Support Services. HHSC: Joint Meeting of the Aging and Disability Resource Center Advisory Committee and Texas Respite Advisory Committee. The Aging and Disability Resource Center Advisory Committee assists in developing and implementing an ADRC program in Texas to include program and policy development, designing and operating ADRCs, and obtaining stakeholder input. The Texas Respite Advisory Committee helps develop strategies to reduce barriers to access respite services, improves the quality of respite services, and provides training, education and support to family caregivers.
