The Committee met to consider the following: SB 311 Perry | Relating to the frequency and location of certain meetings required by a prescriptive authority agreement; SB 384 Nelson | Relating to the reporting of health care-associated infections and preventable adverse events at health care facilities; SB 395 Zaffirini | Relating to certain notice requirements and filing requirements in court proceedings involving persons with mental illness; SB 436 Nelson | et al.
