HHSC: Numerous Rate Proposals. This report includes discussion of several rate proposals: 1) Proposed Reimbursement Rates for the Deaf-Blind with Multiple Disabilities Waiver. HHSC proposes to increase the payment rates for all DBMD services in accordance with the 2020-21 General Appropriations Act. 2) Variety of Community-Based Rates for Attendant Care.
