The Statewide Interagency Aging Services Coordinating Council (SIASCC) was established with H.B. 728 of the 88th legislature. A representative of HHSC ASC serves as the presiding office with voting council members representing 11 state agencies (voting members) as well as 6 HHSC divisions (ex-officio members).
