Texas Health and Human Services Commission GL 21-3000-A Emergency Rule Amendments for Chemical Dependency Treatment Facility Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Training and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training Requirements in Response to COVID-19 Amended. GL 21-3000-A regarding the extension of emergency rules related to abuse, neglect, and exploitation and nonviolent crisis intervention training requirements in CDTFs, has been posted.
