Texas House and Senate: Summary and Comparison of HB1 and SCSHB1

The Senate Finance Committee met today to pass Senate Committee Substitute for HB1. This sets the stage, after Senate passage, for the conference committee to deliberate the differences. We can only hope that the conference process is a lot more transparent than the Senate Finance process was. Below are the two summary tables comparing the two bills.
