1. Welcome, call to order and roll call. Chad Wooten convened the meeting and a quorum was present. 2. Discussion of subcommittee workplan for potential projects. The following were offered.: Consolidated Billing Matrix File 3. Budget workbook project presentation and discussion. 3. Current - CLASS - Budget - Workbook.xlsx (live.com). The workbook allows the allocation of the budget by the employer and allows better management. All the services are presented in the workbook (see attachment). We have a reimbursement rate, and it can be allocated across services and programs. There have been considerable changes over time. The budget has been evolving, but this created some inconsistencies. It has been stretched but there are still some limitations. The budget can be very rigid regarding overtime. Now the workbook allows the employer to make the overtime allocation. It provides tax data that does not leave money in the budget. The limitations on the budget cause this situatio
