SB 2021 Miles Relating to providing access to local health departments and certain health service regional offices under the Medicaid managed care program. SB 2138 by Hinojosa – Relating to authority of the Health and Human Services Commission to retain portion of appropriated funds to pay for implementation of certain health care programs under the Med
