1.Welcome/Call to Order/Introductions of members and staff. The meeting was called to order by John Chacon, HHSC, pending the arrival of the Chair, Josette Saxton.
2. Election of the Presiding Officer and Assistant Presiding Officer of the TSHAC. The Committee adopted the election procedure. A role call vote is required. Dr. Michael Kelly was the sole nominee and was elected presiding officer. Mandy Tyler was nominated for vice chair and was elected vice chair.
