Welcome, introductions, and opening remarks. The meeting was convened by The Chair, Colleen Horton. The Chair stated that in addition to rule review, the meeting was being used to provide public comment on the 1115 Waiver renewal application. She stated that the MCAC did not have authority over the waiver. Consideration of February 11, 2021, meeting minutes.
