1. Welcome, call to order, introductions and roll call. The meeting was convened by Carole Smith, Chair. In attendance were: Sue Burek, Jennifer Caruso, Amy Litzinger, Susan Murphrey, Sherry Talbot. A quorum was present. 2. Consideration of May 20, 2024, draft meeting minutes. The minutes were approved as drafted. 3. IDD private provider virtual private network transition Scope The end user experience will not change. However, the end user will be required to activate their Okta account by setting up a password, phone verification, and security question. Once completed, the end user will use the same VPN software they use to login today for VPN.
