Intellectual and Developmental Disability System Redesign Advisory Committee

Introductions and welcome: The meeting was convened by Dana Williamson who was filling in for Jenny Costilow, who was called away on legislative business. Vice-chair election (Vote required): The election process was reviewed. Members of the committee nominate others or themselves, vote on provided ballots, and then votes are tallied. A tie is followed by discussion and a second vote. A second tie is settled by the flipping of a coin. If there is only one nominee, then that person can be elected by acclimation. Nominees provided a brief overview of their qualifications, votes were taken, and Susan Garnett was elected as vice-chair. Review and adopt January 24, 2019, and February 15, 2019, meeting minutes (Vote required). Both sets of minutes were adopted with no changes.
