HOUSE COMMITTEE ON APPROPRIATIONS SUBCOMMITTEE ON ARTICLE II Overview Prepare a rider which appropriates $750,000 in General Revenue and require the Department of Family and Protective Services to create a strategic plan for Information Management Protecting Adults and Children in Texas (IMPACT) Modernization and the interoperability with Community-based Care Information Technology (IT) systems and submit the plan by November 1, 2020. Required Action On page II-XX of the Department of Family and Protective Services bill pattern, add the following rider: XX .
