The Texas Autism Council advises and makes recommendations to state agencies and the state Legislature to ensure that the needs of persons of all ages with autism and other pervasive developmental disorders and their families are addressed and that all available resources are coordinated to meet those needs. Members include: Unless continued through HHSC rule, currently out for comment, this will be the last meeting of the Council. Welcome and introductions. The meeting was convened by Wesley Dotson, Chair. A quorum was established. Approval of the August 9, 2019, meeting minutes. The minutes were approved as written. Update on implementation of Medicaid autism services benefit. Carol Miller and Leslie Smart made the presentation.
