HHSC: Public Hearing on Proposed metrics and Associated Performance Requirements for QIPP SFY 2022

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) conducted a public hearing to receive public comment on proposed quality metrics for the Quality Incentive Payment Program (QIPP) for nursing facilities for SFY 2022. The hearing was held in compliance with Title 1 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §353.1304. Proposal.  Proposed QIPP quality metrics and performance requirements for the program year beginning September 1, 2021 will be published on the QIPP webpage. Following the hearing and comment period, final quality metrics and performance requirements will be provided through the QIPP webpage on HHSC's website on or before February 1, 2021.
