HHSC: Palliative Care Interdisciplinary Advisory Council

The Palliative Care Interdisciplinary Advisory Council consults with and advises on matters related to the establishment, maintenance, operation and outcome evaluation of the statewide palliative care consumer and professional information and education program. Mr. Blanton stated that part of the focus of the meeting was to review materials to help the council develop a work plan. He added that they want to do more than reports that would include other supportive activities that can be done over the next couple of years.
