Call to order and logistics: Dr. Ogechicka Alozie convened the meeting. Roll was called and a quorum was present. Welcome and introductions: Dr. Ogechicka Alozie welcomed the Committee members and each member introduced themselves. Approval of December 6, 2018, meeting minutes: Minutes were approved. e-Health Advisory Committee (eHAC) membership – status of vacancies: There are still a few vacancies on the committee. One is for a local health information exchange representative. We also need a pharmaceutical industry representative. The local HIE rep. is particularly of concern. A work around until this rep. is identified and filled is to have a local rep. from an HIE come to the next meeting under an agenda item. This motion was put forward and carried. eHAC rule amendments status: Rules were published and were effective on Feb. 25th.
