HHSC – Article II Special Provisions Requested Changes

HHSC has requested the following rider changes for Article II, Special Provisions. Riders for which HHSC did not request any changes are not included. This document will be updated as recommendations and legislative action occurs. Section 4. Federal Match Assumptions and Limitations on Use of Available General Revenue Funds. a. Federal Match Assumptions. The following percentages reflect federal match assumptions used in Article II of this Act.
